How much should I tip the crew?
The customary tip for satisfactory service is 20% of the Charter Fee. However if the service was extraordinary anything above is at the discretion of the Charterer.
Is my charter private for my group?
Yes
What is the Charterer cancellation policy
If cancellation is ONE month in advance of departure date three-quarters of the Charter Fee shall be refunded.
If cancellation is TWO weeks in advance of departure date one-quarter of the Charter Fee shall be refunded.
If cancellation is LESS THAN TWO weeks in advance of departure date NO-REFUND shall be due to Charterer.
What is the refund policy for trip cancellation due to bad weather?
There is no refund for bad weather. Should this occur Charterer and Hard Times 2, LLC shall mutually agree on another Charter date.
Are fishing Charters an option for Charterer?
YES. Costs for guided fishing trips vary due to time, location and type of fishing. Inquire in advance for costs.
How many guests can I have on my charter?
Overnight Charters accommodate a maximum of 7 persons (6 more comfortably.) Day charters from 9 am to 7 pm may accommodate a maximum of 15 persons.
